Watermelontini

2 oz Cãna Classic Cachaça
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.25 oz St Germain
1 oz fresh watermelon juice

Glass - Coupe
Garnish - Watermelon Slice

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coup. Garnish with a watermelon slice. Enjoy!

Kitchen Hack: Don't use a martini glass, it's uber-messy and annoying to clean. Plus, a coupe is much classier ;)

You can use a wooden spon, a blender, or a very agitated dog.

Measuring

It’s simple: 2 tablespoons = 30ml = 1 oz

Don’t tell anyone, but any kind of food strainer will work. Just make sure they are properly washed, you big mess.

Simple Syrup

1 CUP OF WATER X 1 CUP OF SUGAR
In a saucepan, bring the 2 to a boil; simmer until it's dissolved, ~3 min. Then, let it chill.
